I thought it would be the same thickness as the smaller size, but it's thicker. Maybe I'll get the feel for it after using it a few times.

The size is perfect for making enough bread for 2-3 people to eat. For one serving or cookies, a smaller size allows for more efficient use of ingredients.

Nice big silicone bag, strong, thick, and stretchy. well worth the purchase. good for mixing dough without any mess, and easy to clean. the only downside is the two small holes at the top where the long ‘tie’ goes through are not punctured, so i will have to do that myself if i want to ‘tie’ the bag shut.
